College Blog – 12.5.23

With the Chicago trip  in full swing, the College had a bit of a ‘Mary Celeste’ feel to it, but that didn’t mean our expectations or provision had mysteriously disappeared – in fact, it was the opposite!

As I walked around the College, it has given me time to really look at the outstanding offer that our staff give the College students: Placements, Work Experience, English, Maths, performing arts, ICT, Enrichment, PSHE and Annual Reviews have all continued for our learners.

These areas help our students continue to develop and enhance those key social, academic and life skills required to be the best they can be and be able to contribute to their communities.

A big thank you to the staff at the college for continuing to go the extra mile for our students and giving them the opportunities, experiences and support that makes New Bridge the fantastic provider it is.

I would also like to thank the parents, carers, and families of our students – working collaboratively, with the young person in the centre, can only help but improve the outcomes that they obtain.
