Today is Autism Awareness Day
There is a lot our young people want to say
But they find it difficult to communicate every day
From using symbols, pictures and sign
We really care and hope they are all fine
We always strive to go above and beyond no matter what
We use different strategies
To access lessons and complete work, we never stop
Especially the technology that we use everyday
Using the Ipad to communicate
In each lesson per day
Making work accessible, even from home
Using lots of different apps and communicating by phone
We always put our skills to the test and we always strive to be our best
