Mr Lawrence, Miss Shaw and Mrs Cockcroft are so proud of the pupils who represented New Bridge at Thursday’s Table Cricket competition at Old Trafford..

Alex and Imogen were taking part for the first time and did brilliantly, helped by old hands Josh, Kalsoom, Joshua, Kaleem and team captain, Adam..

We saw lots of good teamwork and sportsmanship and every pupil made us proud with their manners and friendliness to the teams from other schools. We came fifth overall and each pupil received a certificate and a medal for competing – well done, everyone!!!
