AB3, one of our Autism Base classes, have really enjoyed their work on British Values. Their theme for this term has been ‘friendship’ and they have done lots of ‘getting to know you’ activities such as sitting in a circle and choosing a friend to pass a ball to..

They have made friendship gifts like necklaces, crowns and cards to give to one of their friends in class..

..and worked together in lessons to help each other..

All their activities have been about working together and naming qualities that they like and admire about each other..

The group have really worked hard in all their lessons to promote the community ethos of New Bridge..

..and they are hoping to start some activities around the main body of the school to set an example for others too..
