This Saturday Jamie, Danielle, Jake, Morgan, Gemma and Joseph, along with their karate instructor Mr Fieldhouse from the New Bridge Group, attended a karate seminar by world champion Christina Kavakopoulou..

In an intense hour their fitness was pushed and their karate skills were honed..

Christina imparted her ways of thinking, moving and breathing. It was also a lot of fun as she showed what was possible with practice and the right frame of mind..

As their instructor, Mr Fieldhouse is extremely proud of their conduct, attention and enthusiasm. They showed that they are ready to learn, grow and develop as practitioners of karate..

When the training was complete they thanked Christina and headed home, looking forward to the next special guest karate seminar later this term..
